2. Service Description

CVAI provides AI-powered CV and cover letter evaluation services for recruitment purposes.

3. User Accounts

• You must be 18+ to use our services
• You are responsible for account security
• One account per person/organization

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload malicious content
• Reverse engineer our AI models
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Discriminate based on protected characteristics

5. Billing and Credits

• Subscriptions renew automatically
• Credits reset monthly
• Overage charges apply to Professional tier
• Refunds available within 30 days

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all uploaded content. We have a license to process this data to provide our services.

7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Enterprise customers receive 99.9% uptime guarantee. See your contract for details.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend accounts for Terms violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

CVAI is provided "as is". We are not liable for hiring decisions made using our platform.
